Penetrations / Exterior Holes
Do a complete inspection outside of the home - do not miss any area where a hole exists in the wall, including behind shards, grills, or patio furniture.
Use DAP latex caulk and fill completely. If possible, seal the same penetration area on the inside.

Use permanent silicone sealant if the area does not need to be painted. Use a manual caulking gun or an electric gun (recommended for Seal 'N Peel applications).

If you cannot seal with latex caulk (awkward location or position), use M-D Caulk Cord Weatherseal.

Dryer Vent Option 1 - Replace with a double door vent and seal the exterior 'flap' the day before storm with Seal 'N Peel.

Use an inflatable test plug in the vent. Once in place, inflate to seal. Typically a 4" plug is needed, but you will need to measure your opening to confirm.
